Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation window:

• Customers can cancel an order within 24 hours of order placement.

2. How to cancel:

• Cancellations requested after 24 hours may not be possible if the order has already been processed for shipping.

3. Refunds for cancellations:

• If the order is successfully canceled within the stipulated time frame, a full refund will be processed within 7 to 10 business days to the original payment method.

4. Refunds for shipped orders:

• Orders that have already been shipped and cannot be canceled should be treated as returns. Please refer to our Return Policy for more details.

5. Exceptional circumstances:

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in exceptional circumstances, such as if an item becomes unavailable or if there are issues with payment processing. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
