Return Policy
Although we strive for perfection with every product we make, sometimes items come up that need to be addressed. If you have a serious problem/concern with your product please follow the procedure below:
1. If there is a serious problem with any of our products you MUST let us know immediately by telephone and take an image of it. If it is after our regular business hours please send us an e-mail or WhatsApp. You must inform us of the problem immediately and provide evidence (same day as order delivery or pick-up).
2. To initiate an exchange or return, please contact us within 24-48 hours of receiving your order. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed. Do not throw any of the products away.
3. If both of the above criteria are met the product will be considered for a refund. Only legitimate errors on our part will be considered for refund. Issues that will NOT be considered for a refund include:
– If you dropped the product.
– If the product was improperly stored.
– Purchasing a larger order than you needed.
4. Qzeen Farm Foods will be responsible for any damage caused to the produce during delivery.

5. If the order return or exchange is approved, the refund will be processed within 7 to 10 business days to the original payment method.
